Hey all! I started the program yesterday, so far so good! I have worked many different diet plans in the past, some have been successful and some have not. I feel my problem has been I overthink EVERYTHING. I am trying to make this a simple plan with simple food choices. The one thing that has bothered me is the lack of Macros ( overthinking i know ), as all fats are not equal. When i cook, i always use olive oil. Not just one time a day, but every time i cook eggs, chicken, fish and what not. According to the plan i can only use it once? then i cannot have almonds, avocado or chia seeds.
help me understand better, or if i am just overthinking it all.
