So I am trying this for the first time ever as a busy, broke student. I was wondering if it was possible to just eat mix and match meals and eat it throughout the week and still get the same amazing results as everyone else?
An example would be, such as, using Monday’s breakfast with Tuesdays lunch …etc, and eating the same things at the same time throughout the week. This would just be more beneficial for my time and money so I can buy the same ingredients in bulk but I am open to all opinions! TThank you (:

Just be sure that you are eating 1000 calories a day and that you have the correct amount of protein, veggies etc and it should be fine. I fine myself eating the same types of food now that I have been on the program awhile. You will find out what you like and what works best for you. Good Luck - AuthorPosts
