Hi there, my name is Erin. I am starting PS1000 because I’d like to lose some unwanted pregnancy weight and get fit for my kids and myself. My son will be 3 in August and my daughter will be 1 in May. They are both quite active and keep this momma pretty busy on top of working full time. I feel like I have tired anything and everything to lose weight and nothing seems to work for me. I have high hopes for PS1000 just from research and things I’ve read.
One thing I am wondering for anyone who may be able to help… I am a cosmetologist, I work odd hours and eat at odd times. I try to keep on a same time of day type thing but sometimes it just doesn’t work out. I read that you take the drops evenly spaced out each day, does it have to be the same time every day or do I just start each day new and keep them evenly spaced out? Are you supposed to take them 15 mins before you eat or something like every 4-6 hours just so they are in your body?
I would appreciate some advice from anyone and everyone!
Thanks

I have taken the drops with me when on the road, also always carry extra food with you in case of those emergencies that happen with life. I have learned that is critical. I take the drops immediately when I get up. I use a kitchen timer so I know when the 15 minutes are up, and use it also during the day so I know when to take my drops. I don’t take them on any set schedule either. If I know I usually eat lunch at 1 I try and take my drops by 12:30. Also just remember not to eat anything two hours prior to bedtime. The Facebook Group is very good, I have been on this three weeks and am seeing modest results but then others are seeing huge weight loss. Don’t get hung up on comparing yourself to others. I wish the administrators offered more help, the book they send isn’t very helpful. You are pretty much on your own as I found out when I tried to get help from their support. I have friends who have done well on this program so I am hanging in there. Be sure to drink your water and like I say carry snack food with you. Best of Luck to you!
