HELLO EVERYONE! TODAY IS DAY 4 AND I HAVE LOST 2 LBS! THIS IS ALSO THE FIRST DAY THAT I SEEM TO HAVE GOOD ENERGY. ON DAY 2 I WAS VERY SLEEPY WHILE DRIVING WHICH WAS A BIT ALARMING. MAYBE CUTTING BACK ON THE COFFEE? I MADE THE ROASTED DIJON-GLAZED CHICKEN THIGHS RECIPE AND IT WAS A HIT! TODAY I AM TRYING OUT THE SLOW COOKER CHIPOTLE BEEF ROAST. I LOOK FORWARD TO MORE RECIPE AVAILABILITY ON THE SITE. I HAVE 40 LBS TO LOSE AND HAVE STRUGGLED ALL MY LIFE WITH YO-YO DIETING. I DO HOPE THAT I WILL FINALLY STICK TO A LIFESTYLE OF CLEAN EATING. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ON REACHING YOUR WEIGHT LOSS GOALS AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLE!

I have had great results and people ask me what I’m doing differently. I just tell them I am eating clean and healthy. The recipes are so delicious! Make sure you check out the ones that are posted on facebook too. There are a lot of creative people on that site and so much yummy-ness to explore. Wishing you great success!
