    Hi Everyone,

    It’s really nice to know, even before we know each other, we all have the same goal and desire to have healthy eating habits. My height has always hidden a lot of “sins” but I can’t use that any more. Not really sure what I’m doing but just ordered the program and have jumped in with both feet.

    I look forward to getting to know many of you along the way.

    Hi! I’m planning to start on this journey soon. I just need discipline and know I need a menu to keep me on the right track. I downloaded the Phase II menu from Jessica Romeo, but can’t seem to find a download for Phase I. Any ideas?

    Welcome ladies!! Planning is key to success I think. It has been a theme in the forums too. There should be phase 1 menus in the store. You will also get sample menus and a list of approved foods in the book when you get your package.
    Check out the recipes online. They are super helpful. If you have go to recipes now there are often substitutions that will work. For instance I make tuna salad with nonfat Greek yogurt. I will also be making a dill veggie dip with yogurt this week. Yummy! If you have questions ask! If you need recipe ideas let us know! You’ve made a great decision to get healthy!! We are here for you!
