Hi, I just joined and I am a bit overwhelmed at all that cooking that needs to be done. I don’t have a lot of extra time for food prep and cooking. I was wondering if it’s permissible to substitute Freshly meals as a counter to most of the dinner meals. They seem quite a bit higher in caloric value than I would be permitted on Phase 1, but I could eat half for dinner then save the other half for lunch. Similar to what PS1000 menu suggests doing. Cook your dinner, but then incorporate leftovers into something else for lunch.

Just be sure to watch salt content, sugar content, and other ingredients. Make sure they are on the approved food list. If your not personality buying/ cooking you don’t truly know what’s going into your body.
