Hi guys. I started this journey on my husband’s birthday February 26th and have lost 10 lbs so far. My goal is to lose 50 lbs as this year I turn 50 on July 24th and my husband and I will be going on our first cruise in August. In advance, thanks for the community of support.
Now I have been fast walking every day 4-5 miles so that is between 10,000 to 15,000 steps a day… is that considered too much exercise?
March 24, 2017 at 1:00 pm #14170Hello I walk/run 4 miles a day and I am one week short of finishing phase 1 and have lost over 35 pounds so I would say no you are not doing to much exercise. I did increase the drops to 0.7ml (I use a syringe) and I have kept my calories around 1100. Congrats on your progress and I you reach your future goals. Happy losing!!!
