For my product to arrive. I am anxious to get started and I am really hoping this will work. It will work as well as I work it – I suppose. I’m not sure what to expect so I will probably have a lot of questions as I go along. Thanks for being there everyone!
Welcome Shelly! If you stick to the plan I think you will be successful. Just think in terms of lifestyle change and that this is a wonderful journey to be healthy.
I am waiting to see if my cholesterol gets better. As my weight goes down I am sure exercising will become easier.
The goal for me is to lose 100 pounds. I am down 25 pounds so far. I just entered my 6th week. I’m 38 and reasonably healthy (I thought) and active but poor health indicators were starting to pop up.
I am still excited to be eating healthy and getting healthy. Good luck to you on your journey!! Ask all of the questions you need. We are here for you!
@Karma Coins: 0Hi Shelly- I think you nailed it…it will work as well as you work it. Fortunately for you, you have a great advantage with the support from the other folks working the program with you. It is an amazing group of people and taking advantage of the Facebook page and the support you can find there will give you an added boost. While you’re waiting for your order, take a run through your kitchen and de-junk as much as you can. This is a plan of clean eating and foods that are high in sugar and are highly processed are not your friend. Wishing you great success!
Hi Shelly! This is such a great program! This is the longest I have stayed dedicated to any weight loss/lifestyle change program ever! I knew it was time for a change when I was having trouble fitting into my yoga pants! I was very upset with myself for being 27 and this over weight, but it’s always been a struggle for me! You will find success if you utilize the support system on the website and on facebook! This has been a success for me and I wish you all the success in the world! You’ve got this!
