Hello, My husband and I are starting Phase 1 this coming Monday too I am just trying to get us prepared this weekend. Is pineapple allowed in phase 1? Has anyone ever used it as a substitution? I just cut one up yesterday and hoping to not have to waste it.
Thanks.

September 7, 2017 at 1:20 am #19490Just wondering do you substitute at all during Phase 1? I am only 4 days in and I have not substituted yet but I can already see how this may become boring.

My best piece of advice is to go to the member store and download the menu plans. They give you a variety of ideas on foods. Also, take a look at the different recipes to spark some creativity. There are many fun recipes to take a look at. This is just some ideas so that you do not get bored.Best,
LaurenNovember 17, 2017 at 4:39 pm #20757I do eat it occasionally and I am on phase 1. I eat it because of the digestive enzymes in it.
If I do eat it, I eat it 1st thing in the morning with Cottage cheese to slow sugar absorption.🙂
