How many grams of protein should I be taking in on a daily basis?

The plan will naturally have you falling in between about 80-120 grams of protein/day. You should be having a,2- 5 oz serving of lean protein for every meal and snack. This will add up to about 100 grams of protein on average.

Thank you, Jess! I’ve got it now! I am using my fitness plan to record and it came up that I was over proteins but realize that is part of phase 1
