I noticed that in the member store there are 2 teas and a probiotic that can be used in phase 1. Has any one else use those products and if so what is the benefit of using either.
January 6, 2017 at 2:47 pm #11014The teas are great for helping you A) be more energized in the day and B) relax in the evening. The probiotics are for helping in digestion. I use the probiotics personally and love them.
January 6, 2017 at 3:43 pm #11015Thank you for getting back to me I have only been on this plan for 5 days and have lost 10.5 pounds do you think that is ok. I am follow this to the letter and even ordered the Vital Protein you recommended. I love the Recipes. Its nice to get back to cooking.
January 9, 2017 at 2:45 pm #11146That is a lot of weight to lose in 5 days! It all depends on how much you need to lose in the first place of course. Hopefully you are feeling well on the plan? I am so glad to hear that you are finding such great success and glad you are enjoying the recipes! It helps to like what you are eating.
let me know if you have any additional questions, or want to know how to incorporate the vital protein powder?

January 19, 2017 at 8:34 pm #11501I haven’t gotten my drops or plan book yet, but reading the posts here on the forum and looking at the FB site.
What is the vital protein powder? Is that something my husband and I need to purchase?January 20, 2017 at 1:24 am #11508I choose to buy the Vital protein (AMAZON)because it was a flavorless option with lots of benefits. It also fit the program requirements with not sugar. I love it my skin and knees are better then ever. WIN-WIN
January 24, 2017 at 1:06 am #11628So glad you got it and tried it out! I love that stuff too in fact I need to reorder mine now. I love the way my skin and nails look when I take it in place of regular protein powder. I have also heard of people putting it into their coffee.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0The protein powder from Amazon–is it just called Vital Protein? I need something to help with my nails and skin and am about out of protein powder except for the Quest Peanut butter which I don’t care for. I need to order this.
Also, in connection to peas on the phase 1 list, are all peas acceptable?
I love little green peas or June Peas but noticed a high sugar content, so have not fixed any. These were in a can. Frozen might have less sugar, but I wanted to check it out.One last thing, I ordered the pm tea and I love it but I usually never remember dreams but when drinking this tea I have very wild strange dreams that cause me to awaken exhausted. Does anyone have a suggestion as to why this might happen?
Thanks
ShirleyApril 6, 2017 at 10:03 pm #14747Hi Shirley,
I have heard great things about Vital Protein! Let us know how you like it if you end up ordering it : ) All peas are fine whether fresh or frozen. Stay away from cans though! They always harbor extra sugar and sodium… fresh or frozen is just so much better overall. In regards to the teas…. oh my! Have not heard that feedback from anyone. Have you tried to take a break one night to see if those dream keep happening.. maybe you are drinking them too close to bedtime? The PM tea is meant for relaxation, not exhaustion!

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Hi Lauren,
Thanks for the info on the peas. I will pick some up at the grocery tomorrow.
Regarding the tea, yes I skipped a night and no dreams and the next night drank the tea and they came again. I may be taking it too close to bedtime as I make the tea and let it steep while getting ready for bed. Then I get in bed and sip on the tea while I read for a bit before calling it a night. I will try again and drink it right after dinner. I love the taste. Maybe it is telling me I am losing it! Lol
ShirleyApril 17, 2019 at 9:51 pm #24874I drink the PM tea and fall asleep so quickly! I really sleep well with it!
