Ready 4 A Change!

Hi! I’m a wife to a wonderful guy that will be going on this journey with me while we wrangle 3 amazing kiddos (6, 3, and 20mo.) We work full time and enjoy playing with our kids. However, that playtime would be much easier if we were more capable of keeping up! Our family is complete so it’s time to get that pre-baby body (with improvements) back in control! I look forward to getting started with some healthy eating habits and retraining our brains to help our children grow up in a healthy home too.
