Hello! I just made my purchase of the starter pack. I’ve tried other plans and they have either not worked, or they cost too much to maintain. After reading the reviews and stories about ps1000, I am excited, but I’m nervous too. Im a pastry chef, makes it hard to avoid the things i meed to. But I hate not feeling comfortable in my clothes or liking what I see in the mirror more than I love chocolate, cream, and butter. I need this change. I know I will lean on you that are following this same journey. Thank you, and I look forward to getting to know you!

Fruit has really helped me get through the desire for sweets. A cup of blueberries is allowed and that is great. I eat them frozen and that helps. Sincerely, Robin
October 14, 2017 at 2:46 pm #20237Well, I am a week ahead of you. I think that you are going to do just fine!
I just finished my first week and lost 3.2 pounds. That is a huge amount for me. On other diets, my weight has gone up and down like a toilet seat! The key for me has been weighing and tracking my food. I log anything that goes in my mouth on my phone or computer.
Good luck.

Thank y’all, I can already tell this will be different by your support!October 15, 2017 at 3:40 am #20253Hi Tierney, Sharon, and Robin…well I just this minute…signed up, paid my money, and found ya’ll!!
So thankful that Im not alone out here.
I have tried EVERYTHING…
First of all I’m proud of us for trying yet one more plan.Tierney…I am so impressed that you are attempting this and you are a pastry chef. Wow…that is so cool. I can so relate to just wanting to feel good in my
clothes again. I went to a bday celebration with some dear friends today and of course we had to take our picture. OMG…I was not happy at what I
saw…
but so excited that I was led to this exciting new plan. Thought I knew all of them!!! but never had heard of this one!!Robin…thank you for the tip about fruit. Fruit only means something to me when all the other goodies are off limits…so thank you and im glad to know that you
are feeling better. Those first weeks are make or break.Sharon, I saved the best for last because of your weight loss in just the first week. I have always had trouble tracking so maybe your example will rub off on me.
***I think im running out of “characters” 🙂 so I will wish yall all the best and I really need y’alls support…so glad you are out there. I haven’t blogged before so im excited to know I’m not alone. Sweet dreams, New Friends!!!!!

October 15, 2017 at 8:15 pm #20254Hi Tierney,
I wish you much success on your journey! I am on Day 28 and pleased with my progress. I too had tried other plans that were difficult to follow or too expensive to continue and the great thing about this program is that it is easy to follow and affordable. Yes there are days that are harder than others but being consistent and sticking to the plan is so so important. I have found great support on this site and others who have faced some of the challenges that I have faced and encouraged me to continue. I have no doubt that you will do great and remember just to take it one step at a time!
