Hello everyone – I’m a 20 year military veteran who has survived a Poly-Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) that has totally messed up my Human Growth Hormone (HGH) and sent it super high – which can cause some weight gain and also slow down one’s metabolism – and I’ve been loosing and gaining weight for some time – so I’m really happy to start out with the PS1000 program and change and modify the way I eat. I’m also back in the gym at least 3 days per week – doing whatever I can to stay healthy. Unfortunately I’m away from home for two weeks – so I’ll be starting the PS1000 program on March 8th or 9th – once I return home.
I wish everyone the best when it comes to weight loss and getting some exercise a few days per week! One of the biggest hurdles is over – we recognize that we’re over-weight and need to change that part of our lives to get back to a desired weight and lifestyle – now it’s a matter of follow through and being honest – with ourselves!!
Just remember to raise a glass of tea or water each day and think “Here’s to us and those like us —– leading ourselves to a healthier life!”

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0Keith – Congratulations on starting this program. You have an incredible attitude and I know you will have great success following the plan. The support system in these forums and on facebook is great. Prepping and planning will be key to starting off on the right foot. But a positive attitude like yours is even better! I hope you are contagious š I hope things go well for you when you start in a few weeks. Keep us posted on your progress. And on a side note, may I just personally express my gratitude for your military service. Best of luck on your healthy lifestyle journey!

February 24, 2017 at 12:23 pm #12866Welcome, I am also prior military I was in the Marine Corps. This program has the kind of support that will seem very familiar to you. It is this unknown band of brothers and sisters that are always there to encourage, motivate and most important understand. You are already a success because you recognized that you were having a problem and you did something about it. I truly believe this lifestyle program has saved my life. I started January 1 and have lost over 25 pounds so I am close to my goal. We will walk this journey together and together we will succeed. Always remember YOU GOT THIS!!! and regardless of which branch you served in I offer you a whole hearted Semper Fi (always faithful).

February 25, 2017 at 2:20 pm #12925Keith the funny thing about it is that both of those sayings are so appropriate to this program so I will look to the skies with you, and we can both be faithful to ourselves. I hope you post your progress as I want to help celebrate your victories with you.
March 11, 2017 at 4:20 am #13685I will begin my PS1000 journey on Monday, March 13th! I’m back home and starting to prepare some of the really cool looking recipes on our website. I have also arranged to start going to the gym 3 days a week to do some group fitness exercises and then after a week or so I’ll include some weight lifting and time in the sauna! I’ve also put a stationary bike in my living room so I can watch TV or listen to music while I peddle for a while. Here we go!
March 13, 2017 at 12:56 am #13773WOW you really do got this. Great planning and I’m sure you will be successful. I can’t wait to read about your victories.
