Hello all! I have been having a rough start to the program. My first 2 days were good and I was successful with sticking to the plan but I was having major sugar withdrawals on day 3 and went off track π I am going to start fresh tomorrow and realize now more than ever how dependent I am on sugar. I am hoping I can get over that hump and start feeling good! Trying to stay positive. Thanks for listening!

I am trying really hard and am focusing on knowing that this is a process for life, but just something I want to do to lose weight. This program is teaching me how to make healthy choices and thatβs what I have been trying really hard to focus on. Thanks for checking on me! π

November 12, 2017 at 4:40 pm #20690First few days are rough. Dont try and exercise just do the program. The sugar cravings are hard to get over but when you have them drink water or have some tea. It does help.
