I’ve found a few salad dressing recipes on the recipe board, but are there any ready made salad dressings out there that can be used? I’m predicting no, but I’m hopeful the answer is yes.

There are several out there that will fit phase 1 guidelines. Walden Farms, Skinny Girl, but making your own is ideal. It really depends on what they are made of, so be careful and cautious to look at the ingredients.
Some salad dressing recipes:
This can be used as thick or as thin as you’d like;
Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce:
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup chopped fresh dill, stems removed
1¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon or lime
Pinch cayenne pepper, optional
Salt, if neededMy new favorite dressing: 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2/3 cup of water, salt, pepper, and a ripe avocado. Pulse a few times in a blender.
OR:
2/3 cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
¼ cups Apple Cider Vinegar
½ teaspoons Celery Salt
⅛ teaspoons Celery Seed
⅛ teaspoons Garlic Powder
Salt and pepper to tasteApril 24, 2017 at 5:05 pm #15439

I couldn’t find them locally so I googled it and found a place that has free shipping. The homemade dressings really are worth the effort but the pre-bottled ones work in a pinch.
