Hi,
I am new to this diet.. and am vegetarian so I am almost confuse wat my diet plan should be.. wat should I eat for dinner and lunch?? Can anybody please help me with this.. I haven’t started the program yet cause I m very much confused about what William eat
February 27, 2017 at 1:06 am #13013Sonalee, do you eat fish? Eggs are allowed, so you could start getting creative with egg dishes. Certain beans are also allowed. Edamame is allowed and is high in protein. Black beans are allowed. Alternatively you could have a protein shake for a meal. I eat a lot of low fat cottage cheese and low fat Greek yogurt. Protein powder will also be your friend. Spinach had a little protein in it. If you eat fish there will be absolutely no issue with protein. Otherwise stick to some of the items I mentioned. You can go to the forum area and look in the vegetatarian posts.

Thanks for your reply..I will definitely start with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese in my diet.. Ido not eat fish yes I can eat eggs in my diet.. I will try adding them to my routine diet plan..
February 27, 2017 at 2:08 am #13021Just watch your macro percentages. MyFitnessPal is great for that. Just enter your food for tracking. You should have 40carbs, 30 fat and 30 protein.

February 27, 2017 at 2:39 am #13029MyFitnessPal is an app for your phone. There is also a website if you don’t have a smartphone or you just don’t want to track on the phone. It’s free. I pay for an upgrade to track macros. You can also track exercise and water.
