I maintained my goal for about 8 months and have been in the top of my range so I wanted to lose 10 pounds. I tried to do it in phase 2 but went back and forth. This is my day 3 on Phase 1 and I have lost 3 pounds so far.
Should I do the whole 21 days in Phase 1 or if I get to my goal before then switch to phase 2?
March 22, 2016 at 3:44 pm #2746Go ahead and continue, you lost the 3 very quickly, but the loss could slow down even after today, go ahead and continue through Phase 1 until you have lost about 8 pounds and then go on to phase 2. That helps you get over the hump and the last two should come off in Phase 2 just fine. Great question! Great job by the way! You are doing it right its nice to be at the bottom range of your goal so you have some wiggle room for things like vacation and holidays 🙂 Have a fabulous day!
