    Hi there! I usually eat dinner at 6pm and I know I shouldn’t eat within 2 hours of bedtime but I’m a night owl and sometimes don’t go to bed until midnight. By this time I am STARVING! Can I have a snack around 9?

    Hi Lisa,

    They say it is best to not eat after 8:00pm. Everyone’s schedules are different but going by this rule usually works best!
