Oh my dear, dear friends! For those of you reluctant to try spaghetti squash, please try it. I went 20 years without trying it and I’m so sad about the lost time! So easy. So yummy.
    Tonight’s menu:
Shrimp spaghetti squash. I posted a forum about this last week. But last week I grabbed the jar of hot veggies. This week I used the regular and it was fantastic!

I gave the manly men the hot stuff and they were happy. The ladies stuck to mild.

As always let me know if you want a recipe!

I discovered spaghetti squash in the 90’s. I absolutely fell in love with it too. Someone recently posted about an “instant pot” that pressure cooks the squash in a fraction of the time that I make it in the oven. May have to look into that. Anyone else have experience with pressure cookers?

I use pressure cookers when I do canning. I’m actually looking forward to throwing the squash on my Big Green Egg and kind of grilling it on the stone. Yum smokiness!!

Hi Everyone! I’m new here so please excuse my delayed response. I was introduced to spaghetti squash at the farmers market a few years ago and I still have fun scraping out the shell and getting the spaghetti strands! I just slice my squash in half length ways, place cut side down on a glass pie pan
Nuke for 10 minutes and it’s done. So simple.

I can’t believe I’ve never tried the microwave for this. Always thought it was too big/dense. Spaghetti squash is on my shopping list this weekend. Going to try cooking it that way. Thanks, Deb!
