    I am so hoping this will work. I am hoping to lose 30 lbs. Yesterday went smoothly. Today, I’m struggling to keep on schedule because I’m at work.

    Hi Kathy and welcome! I find it easier if I plan my meals out for the week. Usually I do all of my cooking on my Sunday and then grab and go on the workdays. It makes it so stress free. Once you get a rhythm down you’ll do it without thinking. Good luck and keep us posted. This group and the Facebook group can be great support.

    It can be challenging to keep to an eating schedule when you have a busy workday. In addition to doing meal prep for the week like Rochelle mentioned, I found that setting a alarm to remind me to eat has saved me more times than I can count. If you find your day slipping away, maybe it would help you too. Best wishes!
