I am so hoping this will work. I am hoping to lose 30 lbs. Yesterday went smoothly. Today, I’m struggling to keep on schedule because I’m at work.
May 22, 2017 at 4:54 pm #16572Hi Kathy and welcome! I find it easier if I plan my meals out for the week. Usually I do all of my cooking on my Sunday and then grab and go on the workdays. It makes it so stress free. Once you get a rhythm down you’ll do it without thinking. Good luck and keep us posted. This group and the Facebook group can be great support.

AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0It can be challenging to keep to an eating schedule when you have a busy workday. In addition to doing meal prep for the week like Rochelle mentioned, I found that setting a alarm to remind me to eat has saved me more times than I can count. If you find your day slipping away, maybe it would help you too. Best wishes!
