Day 1 – Monday March 27 I weighed myself for the first time in a long time. The number on the scale confirmed that it was time to do something!
Day 2 – weighed again; down 8 oz. not a lot, but I’ll take it!!
Day 3 – weighed again; up 6 oz. What the heck!! Drinking water, under 1,000 calories, drinking a protein drink . . . . Trying really hard not to be discouraged!

Don’t weigh yourself every day. You’ll fluctuate. Wait to do it once a week and then you’ll see something for sure – be patient and know we all get frustrated. If you stick with it you’re guaranteed a better body!

Shelley, Janice is right. Once a week works best for me otherwise it will make you crazy! You are doing all the right things! I have been on this for 1 week and lost 7lbs! Thrilled with the eating change!

Hi Shelly! That is great advice on the scale. Another tip is to increase calories. Make sure you get at least 1000. Your body can go into starvation mode and actually hang on to the fat and calories. This may or may not be the case for you.

I weigh maybe once every 2-3 days, just to keep me accountable! You will see results if you stick to the plan! You have a lot of support, so ask questions and join our facebook community! This for me, has been a life changer! Welcome!!!
