Hi folks.
I am all set to start on Monday morning.
I will most likely be eating the same things every day. I know it’s boring and all that but when I’ve dieted before I found it really works and makes it easier to stick to the calorie limits
My macros will be
906 cal
36 g fat
21 net carbs
111 g protein
