Welcome to this wonderful journey of a New Healthier You!! Please note that this is not a “Quick Fix” program, but a introduction to a New Lifestyle. On this Wonderful journey you need to “Set Your Destination”, and plan for “Trip Markers” (I call these Mini Goals), because you will encounter potholes, and detours, and slowing of progress. Do not get discouraged, but take a deep breath, and tell yourself “I CAN DO THIS”, several times, until it becomes a “habit”. Focus yourself back on your destination and keep going. Remember your “WHY” you started this journey, and Celebrate your Progress along the way. Share it here as we are all on the same journey and want you to succeed. Remember to cheers others on as we all support each other, as there is strength in numbers. YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and YOU CAN DO THIS !!! Congratulations for taking your first important steps 🙂
March 3, 2016 at 5:53 pm #1830Thank you so much for your support. I had a successful P1 & P2 then returning to P1 to take off the last 20-25 pounds is where I have not yet been able to get back to consistently taking my drops and staying with the 1000 calories. First go-round I found the FB group a big help, but I haven’t been going on FB daily… maybe the incentive of getting points for logging in to this group will be the key!
March 7, 2016 at 6:44 am #1979That’s great you have been on this program and understand the ups and downs. I found that if I can arrange it, to take my drops and go onto the support groups here for PS1000 and it takes my mind off of whats under my tongue, and keeps my mind busy so I get my full 15 min before and afterwards. I also take my drops between meals and I’m finding I’m losing better, though I had to put the timer on my phone to remind me. I am on week 7, and have lost 16.4# and so thrilled about it. I am adding light yoga, stretching exercises to my week every other day. Keep the attitude strong!
March 8, 2016 at 10:21 pm #2126Good for you, Sue! I agree that the drops are key to this program. Yes, you can loose wight on 1000 calories a day, but I doubt as many pounds and without the absence of hunger & cravings that I feel the drops handle for me.
March 25, 2016 at 9:41 pm #2914I am on day 2 and am super excited to re-learn my eating habits. I have used food as comfort in stressful times, or even out of boredom. It’s going to be something new to be conscious of everything I am putting in my body. I am looking forward to feeling better about myself and not self sabotaging myself. I am excited to do something for myself. I am happy that this group is so supportive and think that will be a great benefit and source of encouragement in this journey
