Yay or nay? I’m thinking along the lines of avocado and cucumber rolls, tuna rolls….but sodium and carb content can be high, wondering if the benefits outweigh some of the bad stuff?!
April 1, 2016 at 8:00 pm #3220I usually do sashimi if I want a Sushi fix, which is basically just the actual fish, no rice. You could add a little wasabi to jazz it up…I love the taste when I am craving sushi. Otherwise I would just skip the sushi all together… Hope this helps? lmk…

April 4, 2016 at 6:29 pm #3337Haha Brad! I am sorry to do so…but the truth is there are just far too many unknowns in some of the sushi rolls out there lol. At any rate sashimi is pretty delicious! Remember nothing tastes as good as being healthy feels 🙂
