I just ordered my PS1000. I am nervous and scared. To be honest, I never finish anything I start:( I am ready, I am ready for a change, for a lifestyle change, for a healthy change….a change for me! I just turned 45, quit smoking 1 1/2 months ago and I want a new beginning!
I am like you. I just ordered for myself. Will wait to read the book. But I sure hope it works. I am 70 and need to lose weight. I keep trying.
Good luck! Believe in yourself and you will succeed. I started 2 weeks ago and though it started slow for me, things are becoming easier and the weight is beginning to come off!!
I started yesterday and when I posted on FB, someone told me “If you want to be healthy, you will be, if you follow the Plan” So I started saying out loud, “I want to be healthy!” …It’s just something that struck a chord with me. This isn’t something you have to finish, it’s the way you(me) want to live! I’m excited for you (and me)! Here’s to new beginnings! (Toasting with water of course!)
