I know that this sounds crazy but I am drinking well over 100 ounces of water per day. I drink about eight 16.9 ounce bottles of water per day but I can not quench my thirst. I have never had this and I have no health conditions that would cause this. any Suggestions.

January 10, 2017 at 7:14 pm #11190Thank You for the thought I thought of that myself because I am actually in healthy care but all of my numbers are great so no diabetes or anything else. The thirst just started when I started this plan.

How much additional water are you drinking over the 100 ounces…also are you making sure to work in a lot of vegetables and fruit? These are great sources of water as well, when you consume a lot of veggies mostly (especially lettuce, etc) your body will likely feel less dehydrated. How long have you been doing the plan?
January 11, 2017 at 2:52 pm #11229Yes I am urinating a lot and it is clear except for the first one in the morning which is expected. I drink about 8-9 (16.9 ounce) bottles of Aquafina water a day. I am eating the recommended quantity of fruits and vegetables and follow the program to the letter. This is day 11. I am not getting my veggies from lettuce but from the recipes which are mainly spinach, zucchini, tomatoes etc. My tongue mainly is like a desert so dry. Everything else is great, I am losing weight not constipated( which was a huge problem in the past) all the headaches have gone away and I have more energy then I have every had. I need to lose 41 more pounds to get to my healthy weight.
