Really joined cause I need to drop weight in preparation for pregnancy and all around better health and ease on my recovering knee. Tried medifast, but can’t stomach their soy heavy snacks. I need/want fresh food! If I’m going to restrict calories, I’d prefer to put nourishing food in my body instead. I can’t do much cardio right now, so this is the only way to get the pounds off and it helps to have recipes to choose from! Want to drop 30-35 pounds!

August 31, 2017 at 3:10 pm #19351I did Medifast. This is much more reasonable and sustainable. You’re going to love it. Welcome aboard.
August 31, 2017 at 4:25 pm #19352My parents were really successful with medifast, but I just can’t eat the processed stuff! And it’s really expensive, too! At least I can go organic and clean protein this way. Glad to hear it’s working for people and not some scam. No doubt eating less is what drops the weight, but support is helpful!! Look forward to seeing how the drops help cut cravings, etc.
September 1, 2017 at 12:07 am #19353Welcome! I’ve never tried a liquid diet and I cannot imagine not having food. I really do enjoy the clean eating. I would definitely recommend looking at the recipes on this website. I have tried a few and I really like them. It gives you some variety. In the beginning I was doing it very simple but now I’m ready to try some new stuff.
September 16, 2017 at 8:12 pm #19687I tried medifast and definitely didn’t make progress. Was super frustrating. We are starting in a week (cause I want to wait til after my birthday). Have my wedding in late Feb, need to lose 30 pounds at least! Would prefer 40+! Hopefully we all succeed! Good luck everyone!!!
