Starting today for the first time. I am using the Lose It app to help me keep track of calories. I’m finding a lot of differences in calorie counts from the booklet. Has anyone else experienced that difficulty and have you been able to resolve it? Thanks!
I am using my fitness pal and yes I do find a difference in calorie count but not enough to cause me concern.
I stick to what the plan gives for calories.

Thanks, Lynda! I am going to start using My Fitness Pal instead. Jessica also mentioned caloriecounter.com. I’ll compare those two. Thanks again and good luck!
