I have been on the plan for a little over two months now and I am still amazed at how easy it really has been. I feel like I have truly changed my eating habits and that it will stick this time. The weight loss has continued..some weeks more than others, some weeks none at all but still moving in the right direction. I can wear clothes that I haven’t been able to comfortably wear in quite a while and I am proud to say that some clothes are too big. My journey continues……Be Blessed!

November 24, 2017 at 4:20 pm #20803Okay Kim, we are almost in the same place, and I hear you. I am inspired by your posts.
I am down 15.1 pounds this morning. In Canada, we celebrated our Thanksgiving last month, but I am truly thankful for this program. I was at a public health lecture last night and the researcher talked about how advertising and knowledge are not particularly effective. I have lots of knowledge about nutrition, but that didn’t stop weight from creeping on. In the research she quoted last night, a supportive community and environments and public policy that make the healthy choice the easy choice are most useful.
Enjoy Thanksgiving! Turkey and vegetables fit right into the PS1000 plan.
November 28, 2017 at 11:21 pm #20840Hey Sharon!
I hope you had a great Thanksgiving! I must say that I did enjoy my meal on Thursday but was right back at it on Friday and even managed to lose weight! I am still moving forward each day and feeling better about myself every step of the way! Keep us the good work! Yes I agree that knowledge alone does not keep the pounds off, being a nurse I have a vast understanding of nutrition but that didn’t keep the pounds off either! We’ve got this…one minute, one hour, one day at a time! Have a great evening and a great week!
