AnonymousInactive@Karma Coins: 0I see green and red peppers are allowed. What about orange and yellow? Or do they have a higher sugar content or something?
January 9, 2017 at 9:17 pm #11158No they are also allowed same serving sizes, I just don’t think they were listed due to the fact that they are less commonly used. I can add that to the new approved list.
Thanks!

Trina CMay 24, 2017 at 8:11 pm #16674Just started 4 days ago. In the book, the “free” vegetables are also listed with calorie amount. So do I count the calories?
May 25, 2017 at 3:13 pm #16702I think it is always best to count the calories even if it is a free food!

November 9, 2017 at 3:55 pm #20643Is squash ok on phase 1? I don’t see it listed in the book.
November 14, 2017 at 10:57 pm #20740Squash could be used as I caution food as it does have great nutritional value but due to starchy nature does not work for everyone.
November 17, 2017 at 9:00 pm #20760ok thank you Jessica –
What about Veggie Cheese?
February 15, 2018 at 6:23 pm #22002I just received my booklet and drops. I’m really excited to get started! I did have a few questions if certain foods are allowed. Are kalamata olives allowed? I also buy the Egglands’s Best boiled eggs which are already peeled, are these allowed. It makes it easier. I also notice that butter is used in some recipes. I didn’t think that butter was allowed. If anyone could help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks 🙂
