Hi everyone, I’m in week 1 of phase 1 and I’m wondering about the adjustments you have to make for exercise. I like to walk my dog around the lake which is 1-3 miles depending on the day. I don’t break a sweat (especially in the cool weather we’re having) do I need to adjust my calorie intake or the amount of drops I take? I wouldn’t really consider it “intense exercise” but don’t want to send my body into “starvation mode” like the book suggests and be working against myself.
Hello! I wouldn’t think you would need to adjust your caloric intake if it’s not vigorous exercise. Walking is great and will only help in your journey. Good luck!
