How much water should I be drinking each day?
Standard response is weight divided in half = number of ounces to drink per day. Example – Weight is 160. Ounces to drink is 80. For those that are heavier, this equation doesn’t seem to work. I have seen site after site that do seem to agree on a minimum of 64 oz per day. Happy drinking!
I drink 100 ounces a day which is more then if I only drank half my body weight but I do one hour of exercise every day. I would go with half the body weight and see how you feel.
Thanks!
