I successfully completed week one for phase one. I’m very excited about the refults I got this week. I lost 8 pounds and over 10 inches. I have just been doing 20-30 minutes hit workouts a few times a week and lifting at the gym 2 times a week and adjusting my calories accordingly. I am so happy with the progress because I have been working my butt off for over 3 months working out at the gym 5-6 times a week. I lost 20 pounds but it wasn’t nearly as fast as this. I’m excited to see what the next week holds for me.
