Hi Shirley – I stream my tv watching so I don’t get the commercial breaks but I bought a little stepping platform and use the traditionally sedentary time to really get active. I step for 15 minutes and rest for 5 then repeat. I am able to get more exercise in this way than I used to by carving out an hour at the gym. I mix it up with hand weights. At the end of my evening I have been able to enjoy a few episodes with my husband and get my activity in to boot.
