How did I gain weight on the 10th day of this diet. I have never cheated.I lost 6 lbs then I gained today
I think it’s possible for our weight to fluctuate a pound or so on a daily basis. This is the downfall of weighing ourselves daily instead of weekly. Ive been discouraged myself to have gained a pound or lose none after much hard work. Hang in there! Usually in the next day or two you’ll start losing again.
I also examine my day and find something I need to change, like adding less salt, or drinking more water. I find some of the ground beef recipes also make me stall. You’ll have to figure out how your body responds to certain things. Hope this helps!
