I have been doing great in phase one. It is almost time to move to phase two. I really miss having a drink after a long week. What can I have?
Hi Kathryn,
It is up to you as long as you can stay within the 500 calories..Phase 2 is basically still the same plan but increase calories to 1500 by adding additional protein, fruits, and/or veggies. You are adding 500 calories in with foods or drink that wasn’t allowed in phase 1.
