I received the box with the drops and have read the book.what scares me is I can’t eat out during phase 1 are you kidding me!!!!We go out to eat after church every week taking that away from hubby will not end well and will put this in jeopardy. I also don’t know how long I can eat plain chicken and meat.
I am sounding like I am trying to talk my way out of this and put it on the failed diet shelf.
Feels like I have failing before trying.

    Hi Donna!

You can do this! I ate out last night with my husband and lost another 1/2 pound since yesterday. You just have to be careful in selecting your restaurants and in ordering. I had a petite filet, grilled asparagus and subbed riced cauliflower for the garlic mashed potatoes. Also, asked the waiter to put the red wine reduction on the side and then didn’t use any of it when I ate. It was delicious. Most places wil offer a grilled chicken salad that you could eat with olive oil and vinegar.

Most days I am “on plan” but when life happens, I just do the best that I can! I’m at Day 60 and have lost 22 pounds and my BMI is below 24 now (back in the “normal” range. I have had 2 weekend trips during my 60 days when I completely went off plan!

Like I said, you can do this! As your husband starts to see the “new you” emerge, I bet he’ll become very supportive. Come on and join us on this journey.

Just do it! The beginning is a little difficult and overwhelming but eventually you figure it out. I ate out on Friday nite…Nice house salad with a crab cake on the side. Maybe it had breadcrumbs in it but so what I don’t have gluten problems and was most likely a tablespoon or so. I initially thought how will I prepare one dinner for me and one for my husband but I just substitute and extra vegetable or salad for any rice or potatoes. I purchased some bone broth from the health food store and keep it in the frige to hold me over when I’m starving plus its good for you. Try these: The pumpkin spice smoothing is chicken salad, greek style chicken chickpea salad; teriyaki chicken over red cabbage, chocolate covered strawberry protein shake.
