    I take a scoop of Patriot Powers Greens and a packet of EmergenC Immune everyday. May I still take these if I incorporate the calories into my daily intake?

    I think I replied back to your question you posted in another group, and yes that is exactly what I did with the Amazing Green superfood. I would add a scoop to my shake and since it is 30 cal, I added that towards my daily intake. So all in all, including the superfood, my morning calories were around 250 cal.
