Thanks so much for doing that Vanessa! I’m a little sad the lunch meat is a no no, because that would have made life easier… oh well, I’ll survive. Thanks again for helping me out Vanessa! Good luck with the dieting 🙂

Hey, new member here. Just curious if lunch meat is allowed as a protein? I would get the fresh lunch meat at the deli counter instead of the packaged kind. And I would get boar’s head which I’ve heard is the least processed and best lunch meat you can get.
