I got my order in today. I will start my diet on Monday. I received b complex and metabolic burst. Do I take both these drops together?

Did you have to pay extra for the menu, or is it included in the package that you ordered? Just wondering, in case if I have to order this ahead of time. Please let me know.

Are we allowed to drink green tea on this diet? Im starting my diet today. Did my breakfast and snack. Still on track. Hope this will last for 3 months
