Hello! I wouldn’t think you would need to adjust your caloric intake if it’s not vigorous exercise. Walking is great and will only help in your journey. Good luck!

Thanks, Kim! It still has been a very slow and imperfect process for me. I am trying really hard and am focusing on knowing that this is a process for life, but just something I want to do to lose weight.
