Welcome! You will do great! Take it one day at a time. I can’t speak for the companies you tried to lose weight on except Thrive. Thrive is NOT for weight loss. I still take Thrive during my new ps1000 lifestyle because you need a multi-vitamin. Actually, I LOVE THRIVE and will never give it up.

I have been taking Thrive for the last year and half. So when I heard we needed a multi-vitamin I was so happy. Out of all the vitamins I took in the past Thrive is the best one for me. Ok and I get I for FREE. Works great for me especially with my energy, sleeping, etc.

I have been taking the drops before breakfast and lunch. So far so good. I have lost 4 lbs so far. I forgot to weigh myself this morning. Not sure if I should take the B drops or not. I have enough energy from my Thrive.

I read the booklet and the Burst bottle. Booklet says leave under tongue for 15-20 seconds. Bottle says leave under tongue for 1 minute. Which is correct?
