Hi Laurie,
A suggestion might be to have some foods already prepared so if you have visitors you can make what they want and just warm up your pre-prepared plate. Then you can stay on track and still eat with your visitors. If you brainstorm solutions to the situations that come your way and are prepared, you will succeed. You can do this!
