I’m new here as well so am no expert but I would say that you should probably try to space them out so you don’t end up so hungry that control goes out the window! Good luck!

I’ve been struggling to lose weight for the past 2 years. I was doing some research and this program has some excellent reviews….I’m going to give it a try. I started working with a personal trainer and am really committed to looking and feeling better!
