Hi Shirley. I have made my own “sodas” with Perrier,stevia and a few drops of flavored extract, in the past. But was advised not to consume more than 1 carbonated beverage a week. Thanks for your thoughts Shirley. I was even thinking of a lemon Peirier water. Im sure you see some weight loss this week. These bodies of ours are funny things.

Thanks Paula.That gives me a much clearer idea and formula to use to get started with this. I agree with the others that it is confusing. I was hoping the booklet would have contained at least a weeks sample of daily meal plans. But Im sure it will get easier. I appreciate everyones input.

Hi Everyone! I’m new here so please excuse my delayed response. I was introduced to spaghetti squash at the farmers market a few years ago and I still have fun scraping out the shell and getting the spaghetti strands! I just slice my squash in half length ways, place cut side down on a glass pie pan

Thanks Jennifer for the encouragement. The recipes look very good. Getting in the habit of counting calories will be a bit of a challenge for me but Im sure it will get easier with time.

Hi to all. My husband and I jumped in with both feet this morning. My plan is to follow the 2 sample meal plans in the booklet and branch off from there. Can anyone explain the baked beans in the supper meal?
