Don’t give up! I am in week 9 and I can tell you that I have had a couple of days when I even gained a bit. VERY discouraging. But I stayed the course, and the weight loss continued. Kind of like the stock market–ups and downs, but definitely an overall downward trend. So take heart.

Thank you for sharing. Sounds like you are doing a great job. 12 pounds in 10 days is awesome. I am at five days and down 4.8 pounds. I know the hard part will probably start next week and my weight-loss probably won’t be as much. This plan is very satisfying and I have yet to feel deprived.

Lots of energy. Not at all irritable. Not hungry. Down 12lbs. Settled into a routine. It’s all good. Thank you for asking.

I did the Medifast program years ago. This was much, much easier in many ways, including how I felt. On Day #10 today and this is the best day yet. So even if you do struggle, it’s temporary.
