Thanks Lalalandia! The first day was a rough one, but made it at 948 calories. I’ve been in and out of the book several times and taking notes. Thanks Robyn! The choices make it easier for me since it isn’t complicated. I did find a good list of recipes on FB which look pretty easy. My plan is to prep 2-3 days of meals at a time so I can take them on the go.
