I meant the self-rising flour has less of everything except carb’s and is cheaper…. only 3 weeks in but trying to come up with new recipes.

What is your take on self-rising flour… it seems lower especialyy in the fat area than almond flour, only negative is 90 carbo’s???

Thank you for your response, I have a goal of 15 pounds which I realize isn’t a lot. I’m starting week 3 and I’ve lost 5 pounds… which I’m happy about.

Can you define using “stevia” sparingly? Also if you have’nt hit all of your calories can you have an extra fruit?
