My wife and I started the program this week. We are in Phase 1. We are following things to a tee. I have lost about five pounds, however my wife is struggling. She lost a pound and a half the first couple of days and then remainder of the week she saw half a pound come back. Is this normal and what can we do to reverse the gain?

My wife and I are waiting to get the kit via mail. I am a pastor and really need to lose weight in order to do everything that I am called to do (50-75lbs). My wife is awesome and is also looking to shed a little weight. I am hoping for good results.
